We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is
transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our
Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our
systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers,
financials, etc.) will be kept on file in order to replenish your account balance
when the total falls below $50. **Only applies if you have "Auto-Replenish" enabled
in your client control panel.
Because we store credit card information on our own servers, we have taken appropriate
measures to ensure that we are PCI DSS Compliant..

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your

and going to the 'Billing' section. We are unable to update billing information
over the phone as we only have visible access to the last four digits of your credit
card (if on file). If you have forgotten your password please use the "Forgot Password"
link on the Client CP login page.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection
Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website,
products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or
older.
